The concrete processing machine has the following four types of vacuum treatment: upper dewatering. A rigid suction cup or a rollable pad is placed on the upper surface of the concrete for vacuum dehydration treatment. Applicable to the production of cement concrete pavement, airport, cast-in-place concrete slab, ground construction, and pre-fabricated components. Dehydration. Vacuum dehydration treatment is carried out from the lower part of the concrete using a rigid vacuum cavity mold. It is suitable for the production of variable section prefabricated components such as groove type and rib type. Side dehydration. It is used for dewatering inside dams, columns, walls and other inclined or vertical cast-in-place concrete fabrics. The vacuum pump is connected by a porous tube containing a filter layer, and vacuum dehydration treatment is performed from the inside of the concrete distributing machine. The porous tube is slightly tapered, and the vacuum processing is completed and then pulled out. The porous pipe can also be replaced by a three-dimensional filter made of porous fine aggregate concrete. Before pouring the concrete, it is buried in the formwork and connected with the vacuum pipe, and is not pulled out after vacuum treatment.
